How does it work?
You can book your appointment by email or telephone. The lawyer will visit you and conduct the appointment in the comfort of your own home. Your documents will then be emailed to you for your approval. Once your documents are approved, the lawyer will again visit you at your home for the signing appointment.
What are your appointment times?
Appointments are available between 5pm and 8pm on weekdays, so that you do not need to take time off work to have your Will made.
Are there additional call out fees?
No. The pricing includes two visits to your home: the initial instruction appointment and the signing appointment. Fees are set out here and are inclusive of  GST.
What regions do you service?
Coast Wills and Estate Law will carries out home visits for all suburbs south of Perth, including the Mandurah and Rockingham region. An exhaustive list of serviced suburbs can be found here.
Do you offer telephone or video appointments?
Absolutely. You can provide your instructions via telephone, Skype or FaceTime. You will be provided with exhaustive signing instructions to ensure your documents are executed properly. You are also able to post your signed documents to us, so that we can bind them and check they are correctly executed.
Do you visit hospitals and nursing homes?
Yes, we conduct appointments at hospitals, nursing homes, aged care facilities and lifestyle villages in the Mandurah and Rockingham region. If there is uncertainty regarding the client’s testamentary capacity, they may be required to first obtain a letter from their treating physician.
What happens if I need to make changes?
As long as you have mental capacity, you are able to update any of your legal documents at any time. Amendment prices are set out here.
What options are available for payment?
After your instruction appointment, your invoice will be emailed to you with your draft documents. Payment can be made via bank transfer. Once payment has been received, we will arrange for your signing appointment.
What do I do with my completed documents?
It is essential that your documents are kept in a safe place. As part of our service, we will assist you with:
a) Depositing your Will at the Public Trustee Will Bank; 
b) Registering your Enduring Power of Attorney with Landgate; and
c) Correctly storing your Enduring Power of Guardianship and Advance Health Directive.
